Detailed JD – As a Workday Consultant your primary responsibilities may include:

- Develop technical expertise in the Workday reporting and analytics framework.

- Responsible for collaborating with clients to identify, define, and clarify technical requirements; translating business needs into efficient reports and configurations that conform to best practices.

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns for large data sets.

- Understand complex analytics use cases and be able to help customers to identify the issues they have and provide workarounds while communicating with internal teams to quickly resolve underlying issues

Roles & Responsibilities: Talent and Succession Planning Functional Consultant

• Responsible for Goals Configuration, Employee review, Talent and Careers, Feedback, Competency Framework, Performance/Talent Calibration

• Responsible for client deliverables (functional/technical) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements

• Responsible for tenant build using workbooks, provision and Tenant build, Deploy, Bug fix support & report creation.

• Have completed at least 1 end to end Workday implementation as a Talent and Succession Planning consultant

Must-Have Certifications

• Workday HCM Core

• Workday Talent and Succession Planning

Required Skills/Experience:

• Proven track record as a collaborative team player, able to work in a cross functional project team and collaborate to deliver to ambitious timelines

• Experience in implementing configuring and supporting Workday Talent and Succession for global rollouts.

• Experience in configuring various business processes within Talent and Performance

• Experience in setting up goals, employee reviews, feedback, and calibration

• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level

• Highly self-motivated and detail oriented Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Good to have Reporting and Business Process configuration experience

• Experience on other modules like Recruitment, Compensation, Learning is a plus.

• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level.

• Good to have exposure and understand as a contributor in all phases of Workday implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new and modify existing integrations from Workday using Workday technologies (i.e. Benefits, Payroll, internal systems, etc.) including PGP / SSH key management, calculated fields, custom reports, EIBs, Document Transformation, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services, etc.

• Provide production support for clients on Workday integrations and HR related applications, including addressing inquiries on the technology, processes, or user access to resolve issues.

• Partner with business consumers to gather and document business requirements.

• Partner with HRIT colleagues in the design, testing and support of Workday integrations including regression testing during bi-annual Workday releases.

• Participate in walk-throughs which review integration changes, source code, and all technical supporting documentation, while providing feedback in accordance with department standards and guidelines

Skill requirements

MBA/BE/Btech/MCA or equivalen

• Workday Integration certification

• 3+ years relevant experience with Workday Studio, Workday Integration Development, Cloud Connect for 3rd Party Payroll Integrations

• 3+ years relevant experience with integration technologies such as Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP and Core Java

• Experience with HR systems and solutions

• Experience with requirements documentation, including ability to provide feedback on design of processes.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Working in Agile, desire to learn new skills, self-sufficient in seeking out colleague support

• Knowledge – high competence within current role.

• Experience – is a role model for other Consultants at a lower level.

• Management – takes responsibility for sub-area, can lead a smaller group.

• Independence – able to work independently.

Role description

Looking for HR Workday Integration Developer to integrate Workday with payroll system.

• This role will be responsible to develop and provide production support for Workday integrations across the HR technology stack between the firm and their 3rd party vendors.

• Additional responsibilities include providing technical administration and support for Workday, HRM and other applications across the HR technology stack.

• This position will strive towards maximizing efficiency and improving processes while modifying system functionality, testing configuration and integration changes, as well as managing the changes throughout the development life cycle.

• Non-technical skillset should include a high degree of organization, the ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity, work independently, inform appropriately, and self-manage among multiple priorities.

• This role will collaborate with internal and external teams that include both functional and technical resources.
