• Detailed JD – As a Workday Consultant your primary responsibilities may include:
- Develop
technical expertise in the Workday reporting and analytics framework.
- Responsible
for collaborating with clients to identify, define, and clarify technical
requirements; translating business needs into efficient reports and
configurations that conform to best practices.
- Identify,
analyze, and interpret trends or patterns for large data sets.
- Understand complex analytics use cases and be able to help customers to identify the issues they have and provide workarounds while communicating with internal teams to quickly resolve underlying issues

Succession Planning consultant

• Experience in
setting up goals, employee reviews, feedback, and calibration
• Strong verbal
and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level
• Highly self-motivated and detail oriented Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Experience on

Responsibilities:
• Develop new
and modify existing integrations from Workday using Workday technologies (i.e.
Benefits, Payroll, internal systems, etc.) including PGP / SSH key management,
calculated fields, custom reports, EIBs, Document Transformation, Core Connectors,
Workday Studio, Web Services, etc.
• Provide
production support for clients on Workday integrations and HR related
applications, including addressing inquiries on the technology, processes, or
user access to resolve issues.
• Partner with
business consumers to gather and document business requirements.
• Partner with
HRIT colleagues in the design, testing and support of Workday integrations
including regression testing during bi-annual Workday releases.
• Participate in walk-throughs which review integration changes, source code, and all technical supporting documentation, while providing feedback in accordance with department standards and guidelines

Workday Integration Developer to integrate Workday with payroll system.
• This role
will be responsible to develop and provide production support for Workday
integrations across the HR technology stack between the firm and their 3rd
party vendors.
• Additional
responsibilities include providing technical administration and support for
Workday, HRM and other applications across the HR technology stack.
• This position will strive towards maximizing efficiency and improving processes while modifying system functionality, testing configuration and integration changes, as well as managing the changes throughout the development life cycle.
• Non-technical skillset should include a high degree of organization, the ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity, work independently, inform appropriately, and self-manage among multiple priorities.
